Jason MacDonald is a systems architect and second-order thinker with 30+ years of experience building asymmetric advantage across real estate, capital markets, and AI-driven ventures. Jason specializes in converting complexity into clarity—designing frameworks that help organizations achieve exponentially more with the same resources. Through MasteryMade, he partners with ambitious operators who understand that sustainable competitive advantages come from how you think, who you build with, and how intelligently you deploy finite resources.
Will Preble
Managing Partner
Will is a visionary founder with a background in emerging tech and a long track record of driving divergent innovation. He started his career working in Machine Learning at a Fortune 50 company, but quickly graduated to running his own innovation studio. Will has built custom AI models and applications for brands like Nestlé and lead AI & Innovation initiatives for forward thinking companies across a number of industries. With MasteryMade, Will's goal is to help other founders and creators apply AI systems, strategic frameworks, and divergent thinking that unlocks their full potential.
